Login to your Formity user account and click on the relevant Module from the left navigation pane and then select List from the drop-down menu. Search for the relevant record that you wish to edit and then press edit from the option button on the right. In the Acknowledgement section there is a check-box to disable reminders. Check this and then press Update [Module] button top right. The Contact will no longer receive email notifications about this record.
