A Contact is a person that is either a MAR Insider or an ABC Trainee, they don’t necessarily have access to the Formity account. ABC Trainees that need to undertake ABC Training will be automatically created as Trainee Users. Otherwise a Contact is simply a record of someone who does not have access to the site, whereas an Admin or User can login to the site and perform certain tasks specific to their role.
