A User is someone with a unique email address who has a certain level of access to your Formity account. For security reasons, Users are tiered into the following categories:
- Owners have full access permissions to add & remove Modules, create & manage Users, create, edit & permanently delete records and export reports.
- Admins are able to create & edit records and export reports. They cannot create or manage other Users and they can only soft delete records.
- Trainees only have access to the training module and are automatically created/deleted when Contacts are enrolled/unenrolled from training programs.
