Your account must be an Owner type of account, otherwise you will not be able to see the Settings menu. Login to your Formity user account and click on Settings from the left navigation pane and then press the Modules button. You will be presented with a list of available modules (both active and inactive), for any that have Enabled status of Yes, click the corresponding Disable button to de-activate the module on your account.
Note that modules with records cannot be deleted. If you wish to remove a module with existing records, you will first need to delete all the records and then apply the above process.
