Billing Groups enable associated companies to benefit from volume discounted pricing across Modules. The total number of records across each Module will be aggregated and pricing determined based on the total number. For example, a holding company may have multiple subsidiaries each with their own Formity account, we can assign them to a common Billing Group so the entire group of companies is treated as a single customer when invoiced each month.
