There are a number of Modules that can be activated for use with your account, the current default list is as follows:

| MAR | Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) insider tracking | Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) came into effect on 3 July 2016 and is an EU regulation on market abuse which aims to safeguard the integrity of financial markets and improve investors’ protection on and confidence in the markets. MAR places an obligation on AIM listed companies and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulated entities to maintain a list of all persons that have access to inside information. The FCA can demand firms subject to MAR provide them with a copy of their insider lists. |
| ABC | Anti Bribery & Corruption (ABC) policy & training | The Bribery Act 2010 (Bribery Act) came into force on 1 July 2011 and is an act of the parliament of the UK that covers criminal law relating to bribery and corruption. Regular Anti Bribery & Corruption (ABC) training is a requirement for all UK companies that wish to protect themselves under the Bribery Act. |
| CFA | Criminal Finances Act (CFA) policy & training | The Criminal Finances Act 2017 (CFA) came into force on 30 September 2017 and is an act of the parliament of the UK that amends the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 to expand the provisions for confiscating funds to deal with terrorist property and proceeds of tax evasion. One of the aims of the CFA is to overcome the difficulties in attributing criminal liability to corporates for the criminal acts of ‘associate persons’, i.e. facilitating tax evasion. Regular CFA training is a requirement for all UK companies that wish to protect themselves under the CFA. |
| COC | Code of Conduct (COC) policy & training1 | Provides a framework for decisions and actions in relation to ethical conduct in employment. It demonstrates commitment to integrity and fair dealing in business affairs and to a duty of care to all customers, employees, contractors and other stakeholders. The COC policy sets out the principles covering appropriate conduct in a variety of contexts and outlines the minimum standard of behaviour expected from employees. |
| WSB | Whistleblowing (WSB) policy & training1 | Provides a framework for 'whistleblowing', which is the reporting by employees of suspected misconduct, illegal acts or failure to act in accordance with laws and regulations.
